Seth Kaiser is a real estate investor and capital raiser with a proven track record of delivering results. From nearly doubling the value of a 61,000 SF industrial park in just one year to building a multi-state portfolio of long-term and short-term rentals, Seth brings both strategy and execution to every deal.

With experience as a commercial broker and Airbnb Superhost, Seth understands both sides of real estate. He also leads a 250+ member investor community and mentors other investors. A former pastor, Seth brings a people-first mindset to every partnership.

In his free time, you’ll find him hiking major trails or building a camper van out of an ambulance, always exploring, always learning.
